Conference Registration Fees are not refundable
MPAC member dues are paid separate from conference registration. Conference registration is open to MPAC members only.
Conference registration does not include conference meals. Conference meals may be purchased separately.

Presenter Registration

$180 Organization Registration

1 per organization
Includes ONE attendee (organization's main contact)

$70 Additional Registrants

1 per each additional attendee

Early Bird Discount

$15 off Organization Registration and each Additional Registrant when you register by August 15.

Artist Registration

$130 Artist Registration

1 per artist or artist group
Includes a booth in the resource room (exhibit hall)

Early Bird Discount

$15 off Artist Registration when you register by August 15.

Multiple attendees in your group?

Artist agencies and self-represented artis groups do not need to register each individual being represented. However, all names of attendees must be submitted for conference badge printing. Artist and agent conference registration comes with:

one (1) booth in the Resource Room (exhibit hall)
registration and conference badges for all agency employees and/or artists represented.
- For example, XYZ Theater Group has 4 total individuals in the company. XYZ Theater Group will only need to register once as an artist. This will cover all individuals above.

Includes a booth in the resource room (exhibit hall)

$15 off Agency Registration when you register by August 15.

Conference Meals

$34 Friday Dinner / $22 Saturday Lunch / $34 Friday Dinner / $90 All three meals
Conference meals may be purchased separately from registration.
Advanced purchase required. Please purchase conference meals no later than September 26, 2025.
